An American citizen has launched a class action lawsuit against Elon Musk, Tesla, and SpaceX, on behalf of investors who lost money on Dogecoin.
Keith Johnson claims that Musk used his influence to artificially inflate the value of the meme coin, thereby creating an unlawful racketeering enterprise, and is claiming $258 billion in damages.
..But Elon wouldn’t do that, would he? Could he? Did he?
