30th March 2024: Weekly Crypto Trends
Bitcoin and Ethereum rallied on the week having consolidated to short term uptrends last week. Ethereum, though may now be forming a short term price and relative top. Bitcoin is now at the top of the range versus Ethereum
Secondary coins generally rallied on the week, with a gain of 39% in Dogecoin and gains of around 10% in Cosmos. Stellar, The Sandbox, Decentraland and Solana. Binance Coin tests recent highs but others like Near, Thorchain and Chainlink may be forming short term tops.
Secondary coins maintain short term uptrends, but several including Cardano, Polkadot, Chainlink only just remain positive. In the medium term Solana still has best trend score at 87, followed by Thorchain and Avalanche.
Crypto related equities were positive in the week, with an 11.9% and 10.5% in Hive. Hive and Riot attempt base formations. Coinbase consolidates to short term uptrend, while Microstrategy does not sustain recent highs after very sharp gains in March.
